Processing


Processing times may vary depending on the level of customization and current demand. Any timeframes provided are estimates and are not guaranteed, as occasional delays may occur during peak periods. We appreciate your patience as your piece is meticulously crafted to the highest standards.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are only dispatched once they have been fully completed and have passed our quality control checks.

As all pieces are made to order, processing begins immediately after purchase. For this reason, we are unable to cancel, modify, or make changes to your order once it has been placed.

By placing an order with Namaya Tresses, you acknowledge and accept these processing terms and understand that your wig is custom-made with care and precision.

Shipping


At Namaya Tresses, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable delivery experience for every order. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified. This includes any changes to the delivery address, shipping method, or items within the order.

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Namaya Tresses is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, and we are unable to offer replacements or refunds in such cases.

Once your order has been dispatched, it is handled by the courier service. As such, Namaya Tresses is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing in transit. If you experience any issues with your delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping courier directly to open an investigation or file a claim.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders that have been marked as Delivered by the courier. If your tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service to resolve the issue.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become active.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply once your package reaches your destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Namaya Tresses does not have control over these fees and they are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

All parcels are carefully prepared, photographed, and thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch. We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival.

Returns and Exchanges


At Namaya Tresses, each wig is carefully made to order and customized to meet our signature standards. Due to the bespoke nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is deemed faulty.

For hygiene and quality assurance, wigs are not eligible for exchange if the lace has been cut, the wig has been worn, styled, or altered in any way, the hygiene tag has been removed, or the request is made outside of the 14-day return window.

All exchanges must be approved in advance prior to returning any item.

We strongly encourage you to review all product details carefully before making a purchase.
